Amader Bangladesh Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded and led by Bangladeshi-American professionals who understand firsthand the challenges of starting a new life in the United States. Many of us arrived with limited resources, countless questions, and the hope of building a better future for ourselves and our families.
We remember the uncertainty of navigating unfamiliar systems, the pressure of rising living expenses, the complexity of paperwork, and the emotional difficulty of being far from home and loved ones. Those experiences continue to shape our mission today. What began as shared experiences and informal community support has grown into a dedicated organization committed to helping Bangladeshi immigrants and families build stable, dignified, and successful lives in America.
At Amader Bangladesh Inc., we believe strong communities are built through compassion, unity, and responsibility. Through mentorship, career guidance, educational support, financial assistance, and community outreach initiatives, we strive to create meaningful and lasting impact for individuals and families facing difficult transitions and financial hardship.
Since 2025, we have helped guide more than 1,200 new immigrants toward employment opportunities, housing stability, financial literacy, and greater confidence in navigating life in the United States. Whether through professional coaching, emergency assistance, or trusted guidance during uncertain moments, our goal is to ensure that no member of our community feels alone in their journey.

To assist Bangladeshi newcomers in successfully navigating life in the United States through professional guidance, educational resources, career development, and community support.
To provide financial relief and humanitarian assistance through Zakat, charitable giving, and community-based support programs for individuals and families in need.
To foster a sustainable and connected network of Bangladeshis who support one another, strengthen community bonds, and inspire future generations through service and leadership.
